Planning And Timing
Our project management system starts with detailed project planning and ends with final bill meetings of projects. During this period, we are clarifiying workscope with shipowner side (Superintendent, vessel crew, class society if needed), calculating the repair period of the vessel and costs of the repairs in comparison with other yard offers.
After starting of the project, we are following workscopes and shipowner directives daily, accomponied with the class society. In any case we are following workmanship or material's quality as per owner instructions. Our project engineer is always on board during the working hours and controls the work scope and project plan consistently.
